FREE Speech-Language Screenings

  • FREE Speech & Language screenings (ages 3-6 years)
    Checks speech articulation, fluency, receptive language (understanding), voice, and expressive language

  • FREE Articulation screening (ages 2-18 years)
    Checks speech production only

  • Quick (15-30 minutes per child)

  • Includes a 1-page report of standardized scores and recommendations

  • Includes parent follow-up as needed

  • Annual screening programs available to daycares and preschools at their facilities in or around Huntington Woods

Buddy Bunch Social Clubs

  • Our weekly social clubs are designed to enhance and build social connections for all children.

  • All clubs are led & facilitated by one of our amazing SLPs while focusing on child-led exploration, social interactions, and regulation.

  • Classes usually include 4-5 children to allow for focused guidance, growth, and fun.

  • Each drop-in club costs $15/child.

  • Children are grouped by age/grade ranges.

Occupational Therapy

Courtney Engle, M.S., OTR/L, is an Occupational Therapist and Owner of Rooted Together OT. Courtney and her staff of expert OTs support children in the areas of sensory processing, sensory/emotional regulation, feeding, fine & visual motor, play & socialization, self-care & routines, and executive functioning.

Speech-Language Workshops & Education Sessions

We provide training and education on a variety of communication topics in order to support awareness, advocacy, and success.

  • Sessions can be designed for preschools, daycares, parent groups, and doctor offices.

  • Potential topics include typical communication development, referral guidelines, parenting strategies, common autistic communication patterns, school placement/support, and more.

  • Topics, length, and cost of information sessions are developed on an individual basis to best meet community needs.
