Bailey Coutteau, M.S., CCC-SLP, Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
I completed my undergraduate degree at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville where I was able to be close to family and the mountains I consider to be home. Following that, I moved back to the Chicago suburbs where I grew up to obtain my masters degree at Midwestern University, which I completed in 2022. I moved to Michigan about 3 years ago and am proud to consider myself a converted Michigander.
My previous work experiences have been in the outpatient pediatric setting where I worked with ages 18 months to 16 years. Collaboration with families, colleagues, and other professionals is one of my favorite aspects of being an SLP. As a clinician, I prioritize connection, functional and fun therapy techniques, and creativity within my sessions.
Outside of work, I am typically traveling to visit family and friends, spending time with my husband and our kitty, Miss Fern, or finding new local restaurants (recommendations are welcomed!). I am a people person to my core, and making connections with my kiddos and their families brings me immense joy and fulfillment as an SLP.
